If you have money to invest but can’t find good returns, perhaps you should take a look at LendingClub.

LendingClub acts as an intermediary, hooking up lenders and borrowers. You can invest your money, choose who you give it to, how much to give to each individual, and what kind of risk and return you’d like to go with.

LendingClub generally recommends breaking your one large investment into increments of about $25 each, thereby reducing your risk.

Return is based on the risk of the loan – the riskier the loan the higher the return. It’s all spelled out on their website.

This option should only be considered by folks with enough money to invest in a somewhat risky proposition. You could conceivably loose some or most of your money if you choose your borrowers poorly. BE WARNED.
